Night of Worship
Last night I was uncomfortable! Uncomfortable is actually an understatement. Typically, in a service, I am the one setting the pace for worship–hands raised, bowing and even shouting is the norm. However, last night worship was through the roof. People were dancing, weeping (loudly) and spinning around in worship. My comfort level was assaulted with the reckless abandon of many of the college students around me. Not long after this personal crisis that seemed to last for hours (actually just seconds) God seemed to speak to my heart of his desire for his people (namely me) to let loose and be willing to be undignified for his name’s sake.
Below is a live recording of one of my new favorite songs that we sang last night. Enjoy!
